Our company started officially in May of 2020. I worked as a manager at a different vacation rental company. I was with that company for about 6 years. Prior to that I had a cleaning company for residential homes in Virginia. I noticed at the other company that the focus was always on booking booking booking. But it seemed to me the properties were neglected and the cleaners were overlooked. When covid hit and we were laid off from that company, I decided that was the perfect time to venture off on my own and focus on the actual properties. Turns out there was a huge need for that in this area. Lots of owners want to do their own booking and be more hands on. We started with 1 cabin in Gatlinburg that spring and have since then grew to over 100 properties. Fast forward to now, God has blessed me with a wonderful husband that works hard in this business handling maintenance and helping to manage our on the ground issues. Our teams have grown tremendously and we have a new office space with industrial washers and dryers and plenty of space to grow.

We enjoy the opportunity to get to serve wonderful people in this area and to provide work in a peaceful environment. We strive to instill in our teams the importance of serving God faithfully in our lives as well as our work. God has blessed us with this mission here in East Tennessee and we are so thankful for the opportunity to serve Him in this field. We can never take full credit for the success of this company because without the hand of our Lord Jesus Christ upon this business it would surely fail. So even though we are not perfect people, we pour out our hearts in this company to do our best to honor and glorify Him in all we do.

We appreciate each and every person that trusts us with their business. Whether is it our wonderful owners or our guests that come here to enjoy the beautiful creation in the Great Smoky Mountains.
